I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and authentic connection is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, supportive, and collaborative. I work to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we identify challenges, explore strengths, and work toward greater emotional well-being and resilience.
I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for clients ages 10 and up, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, anger management, grief and loss, family conflict, trauma, addiction, and PTSD. I meet clients exactly where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals.
One area that sets me apart is my background as a Certified School Psychologist, which allows me to understand the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and their families, and I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate educational systems, executive functioning challenges, and identity development.
In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for those pursuing LPC and LPCMH licensure in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
I offer Telehealth, hybrid, and in-person sessions.
In-person sessions are offered at:
5 Christy Drive, Chadds Ford, PA 19317

It is important for clients to know Telehealth is not for everyone. The individual needs to want to be in therapy, motivated, and not be in crisis.
National Suicide Prevention & Crisis Lifeline 988. National Crisis text line is 741-741
My current rate is $175 for the initial intake session, and $150 for individual in-person and Telehealth sessions.
I currently do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your insurance company to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.
I accept cash, credit cards, and HSA payments.
